To join our Transformation team at the Holding Office, we are currently looking for a:
Consortium Management and Collaborative Innovtion
Internship
As an intern in Consortium Management and Collaborative Innovation, you will support the creation and management of NCN’s technology consortium, which brings together several Portuguese IT companies to develop a tailor-made technological solution.
Your role will be essential in turning this collaboration into a structured, productive, and sustainable ecosystem — from defining the governance model to managing resources and planning joint initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Support the creation and management of NCN’s technology consortium, ensuring coordination among partners and execution of planned activities;

Contribute to defining the strategic vision, roles, and governance model, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and decision-making mechanisms;

Manage project planning and follow-up, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and progress indicators are met;

Act as a liaison between stakeholders, promoting effective communication and alignment across internal and external teams;

Organize and facilitate meetings and working sessions;

Monitor and report project progress, systematizing relevant information to support decision-making.
Main requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing Master’s) in Economics, Management, Engineering, International Relations, Innovation, or related fields;

Interest in technology, collaborative innovation, and social impact;

Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills;

Enjoy working in a team and coordinating multiple stakeholders;

Curious, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset;
-
Good command of English.
