We are hiring a Collections Analyst – Collections Technology & Recurring Portfolio Sales to our Collections and Recovery Team.

 

We are looking for someone to support the management of technology projects and operational processes related to collections and recurring portfolio sales, working from Lisbon or Maia. This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring process efficiency, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to achieve business objectives. It is an opportunity to develop project management skills while gaining experience in financial operations and technology-driven solutions.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Assist in coordinating technology projects related to collections
  • Monitor and support operational tasks associated with recurring portfolio sales
  • Help organize and update client databases and portfolio status
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for internal and external review
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients or partners regarding process inquiries
  • Collaborate in defining and implementing process improvements alongside technology teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Support the preparation of documentation for portfolio sales and due diligence processes
     

If you have:

  • Educational background in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • Interest in financial operations, collections, and technology-driven solutions
  • Previous experience in collections of at least 1 year (preferential)
  • Ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage priorities in a structured way
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Trello, Jira)
  • Experience or willingness to learn Power BI for reporting and data visualization
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and collection management systems
  • Understanding of credit analysis and due diligence concepts
