HR Business Partner
We are looking for a HR Business Partner with a strong drive to lead strategic initiatives, developing talent, and shaping a culture of inclusion, growth, and performance. If you are a strategic thinker with strong people skills and a desire to make a real impact, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
Define and execute HR strategies that support business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters. - Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment and selection efforts to attract top talent. Drive talent management programs such as performance reviews, career development, and succession planning. - Employee Experience & Engagement
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, wellbeing and overall satisfaction. - Learning & Development
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement professional development and training programs that foster career growth and organizational effectiveness. - Compensation & Benefits
Manage competitive and business-aligned compensation and benefits policies. - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
Lead DE&I efforts across the Sonae Group, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded in all HR processes.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
Work location:
- The role will be based at Sonae headquarters in Maia.
- Hybrid mode (following company policy: 3 days at the office).
