We are looking for a Strategy Consultant - Space Advisory & Enablement to join our Space and Formats Center of Excellence team in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

This team’s mission is to transform data and insights into strategic space decisions, ensuring that every square meter of our stores creates value and differentiation for the customer.
Here, you will have the opportunity to drive projects that shape the future of store formats, in close collaboration with Commercial, Operational and Planning teams.

We count on you to…

• Analyze and optimize space usage in remodelings, openings and transformation projects;
• Support the design of MC’s corporate space strategy, testing hypotheses and proposing data-driven solutions;
• Manage projects end-to-end, from analysis to implementation and communication of results;
• Lead meetings and interactions with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment and impact;
• Support the Area Manager in consolidating excellence practices and tools. 

So, bring with you…

• A degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or equivalent fields;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, project management, commercial management, business analysis or similar roles;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases and SQL;
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with strong PowerPoint mastery to structure and communicate insights to senior stakeholders;
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Structured thinking and analytical storytelling skills;
• Rigor, curiosity and willingness to learn continuously;
• Ability to communicate with impact and influence decisions;
• Strong team spirit and collaboration.
