We are looking for an Area Manager - Space Advisory & Enablement to join our Space and Formats Center of Excellence team in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

• Translate data into action, ensuring that every remodeling or adjustment creates tangible value for the customer and for the business;
• Be the guardian of the macro-space discipline, ensuring coherence, accuracy, and continuous evolution of standards and data;
• Manage and inspire a team of consultants, promoting a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning;
• Build trust-based relationships with Operational and Commercial Departments, influencing strategic decisions on space allocation;
• Ensure consistent and incremental results that, over time, translate into sustainable growth.

• A degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or equivalent fields;
• More than 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, project management, commercial management, business analysis, or similar roles;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and SQL;
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with strong PowerPoint mastery to structure and communicate insights to senior stakeholders;
• Experience in leading and developing teams;
• A track record of collaboration with senior stakeholders in complex environments;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Strategic thinking and systemic vision, capable of aligning analytical detail with global impact;
• Ability to inspire and mobilize teams;
• Rigor, curiosity, and ambition to challenge the status quo;
• Strong sense of ownership and focus on results;
• Collaborative spirit and the desire to make an impact.
